Police Announce GH¢1 Million Bounty for Binduri Serial Killer

The Ghana Police Service has declared Mark Agingre, a resident of Binduri in the Upper East Region, wanted in connection with the gruesome killing of five members of a family in the district.
According to a police statement issued on November 8, 2025, Agingre is alleged to have murdered a man, his wife, and their three children during a night attack on November 7, 2025. Another child from the same family survived but is said to be in critical condition at the Bolgatanga Government Hospital.

The police further revealed that Agingre is also suspected of being behind another triple homicide involving an elderly man and his two children, which occurred on October 27, 2025, also in Binduri.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the suspect may be connected to a string of targeted killings in the area, prompting heightened security operations in the region.
In an effort to bring him to justice, the Police Administration has announced a GH¢1 million reward for anyone who provides credible information leading to his arrest.
Residents are being urged to report any sightings or information about the suspect to the nearest police station or contact the Police on 191 or 18555.

Authorities have assured the public that all available resources are being deployed to track down Agingre and restore calm to the affected communities.
