A woman was reported to have met her untimely death after attempting to lift a 180kg weight in the gym.

In the video, the deceased was spotted standing with her gym instructor when she moved towards the heavyweight to try her luck and perhaps impress her gym coach.
Immediately she listed the weight, she tried holding herself in balance in order to lift the weight higher but unfortunately, the weight came crashing down on her neck.
It took a few minutes before the weight was lifted off her neck but after they lifted the weight, the lady had already given up the ghost. It appears that she got suffocated by the weight and lost her life in the process.
